I love their beautiful blooms and sweet fragrances as much as the bees do. My favorite of all of them is the "Blue Girl". It has a purple-blue hue and is simply gorgeous. Photos: May 2005 Journaling: August 6, 2005 Notes: 1. I used the Agent Orange font to create the S monogram by printing it in reverse on the back of the Rosewater paper, cutting it out, and inking it with the distress ink. I also went around the edge with the black zig pen. 2. I used the squiggle deco blade for the carl cutter to make the decorate edges on the border and title block.

I was on my way to the dr. with the children when it broke down. I was 30 minutes from home on a very cold morning with 7 children in tow and Ron was 2.5 hours away at work. I left the van where it was and a kind elderly man brought us home in his car so I could get the other van and take the children onto their appt. Our van sat at the co-op in Pikeville for almost 3 weeks at which time our neighbors, The Sutphins, had it towed home as a gift to us. This allowed Ron to be able to work on it more easily. Now mind you, Ron is NOT a mechanic by trade... he's a carpenter, but he is the type that he can be self-taught if he has a manual to go by. So with manual in hand, tools laid out, and parts to the side, he began the two day long process of fixing our van. That's exactly what he did too. He fixed the problems... a busted radiator, a bad oil pump, and a few other things that had gone haywire. Without him, we would have still been waiting and praying for a way to get our van fixed. I'm thankful God gave my husband the wisdom he needed, the patience to read a manual, and the ability to fix our van.

Altered Cell Phone

Description: This is my cell phone that I altered the front of using around the block papers and couple of other items. Patterned Paper: Around the Block (Kitchen Sink, Shappy Yellow Stripe) orange rick rack Heidi Swapp jewels EK Success daisy punches (2 different sizes) I used the punches to creat daisies from the yellow shabby striped paper. I had to make a template for the cover so I could cut out a "window" for the actual window on the phone so I could see who was calling.

It's A Boy!

I used the inside of mine to hold the certificate from the hospital with Thomas' footprints on it as well as the birthstory. A pocket on the front of the file folder (behind the photo) holds the ID bracelets and the bassinet card. I've always used little pockets and such to hide or store things but never actually used something on a bigger scale such as an actual file folder to hold bigger items. So this was fun and I probably will try it again in the future.

Description: Supplies: Storytellers March 2006 Ultimate Pack JustRite Stamper Black Stazon Ink Black Zig Pen Bazzill cardstock Font: Times New Roman (for ? mark) I printed the question mark in reverse on the backside of the green patterned paper and then cut it out. I outlined the LUCKY ME on the title block with the black zig pen. I stamped BLESSED onto the bazzil cardstock and adhered that over the lucky on the journaling block and applied a "NO" strip to the block. I used the photo corners along the top of the layout as a border. Journaling: People say I'm lucky to be able to stay home with the children... But I feel I am truly blessed. Blessed to have a husband who wants me to stay home and care for our children, homeschool them, and nurture them. Every day is a new adventure in their eyes and I'm blessed to join in.

Who wouldn't.... IT's CHOCOLATE!!! recipe box: Peanut Butter & Chocolate Candy Bar 1 pkg of Almond Bark (chocolate) _ Walmart sells this for $1.50 (approx) 1 box of saltine crackers creamy peanut butter Melt chocolate in double boiler. You may add a spoonful of shortening if you wish to make a thinner chocolate. Use one cracker and put peanut butter on it and then top with another cracker. You enough peanut butter so that when you form the sandwich with the crackers, some of it oozes out the sides just a little. Dip prepared crackers in the melted chocolate to fully coat them on all sides, lift and place on wax paper to cool. These taste similar to a twix candy bar.

They are best known for their bright colors, and variety of foliage forms. Although they are technically a "tender perennial", they are most often considered to be an annual plant. The foliage color is often enhanced when they are grown in the shade. Coleus are also quite striking when they are planted in a container or grown as a house plant. Although these plants are a member of the nettle family, they are a mint. They do not have the stinging properties of the nettle. This is the coleus plant we grew in a container from seeds in 2005. Ron and I were surprised it done so well considering we did very little to it after I planted the seeds. It is currently indoors and still showing the green and light yellow colorings of it. Ron has the gift of being able to build things from scratch like this built-in wall spice rack. He can make new things from things on hand as well. A prime example is this pot rack which used to be the bottom of a table. Even Nathan's crib was revamped by him. He took a cradle that was given to us and took off the rockers, added on an old kitchen cabinet, a leg for stability, and a rod to hang clothes underneath. Among other things, Ron has built shelves, a nightstand, clothesline T-posts, a chicken coop and repaired things. It is a blessing to the family having this man have such a wonderful gift because he is able to build or repair instead of us having to hire someone to do these things. Thanks be to God for this blessed gift!

Description: Supplies * StoryTellers March 2004 * Stazon (azure) ink * black Zig pen Notes. 1. I made faux pocket to hold the journaling by using scraps of the cardstock and border pieces along with a photo corner. I inked the edges of the journaling pocket and made a slit to insert the small journal block in. 2.I resized the border, cut out the tags and made a new border. 3. I used the duck deco from the original border as a page accent
